cognition

kɒɡˈnɪʃ(ə)n/
noun
  1. the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.

At Cognitive Learning, we strive to equip people with the ability to break the barriers that hinder them from reaching their goals in life, no matter how big or small. To some it might seem insignificant when someone dreams of improving their reading, writing and spelling ability. Or when someone wishes they could be able to have better social interactions and control of energy levels without being on medication for it.

But for a person that has to fight the daily battles that come with Dyslexia and ADD/ADHD, these goals are a reality. And very often thought to be unattainable. Through the various Davis programs, that we offer, we are able to give these individuals the gift of unlocking their true potential, overcoming their challenges with learning and help them see the brilliance that lies within each of them.

We acknowledge that there are different learning styles, and whether you are a visual, auditory, word or kinesthetic learner, the multi-sensory, facilitated learning experience that the Davis methods provide, allows you to go through the process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses. Making learning possible for all kinds of learning styles. Giving flight to the dreams and ambitions that these extraordinary human beings have.
